Q: What does B-Stock/Refurbished mean?

A: B-Stock/Refurbished can be a demo unit, display unit, or a customer return that is under warranty and must pass an extensive inspection by the manufacturer. 
They conduct multiple tests to make sure every aspect is fully functioning. In many cases, the inspection B-Stock units have to pass are even more demanding than the standard quality control brand new units go through. 
We get great discounts on B-Stock and then pass on the savings to you!


Q: What does Demo, Display and/or Warehouse Resealed mean?

A: Warehouse Resealed products are similar to B-Stock products - they may be a demo unit, display unit, or customer return that was sent back to us. 

Like the manufacturers, we make sure that the product functions like new and reseal it if it passes the inspection.


Q: Why are B-Stock/Refurbished/Warehouse Resealed products so cheap?

A: Even though there are may be no flaws in the product (in functionality or aesthetically), these units are no longer considered new and receive a price drop.
 
Q: What kind of payments do you accept? Can I pay with credit card for used items?

A: We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. 
We also accept PayPal, AmazonPay, GooglePay, money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and company checks, and cash in U.S. Dollars.
We accept all of the above payment methods for both NEW and B-stock, used, demo and open box items.

Q: Do you ship internationally? 

A: Yes, we ship internationally to most countries worldwide! 
Shipping methods vary by location and item size. 

Smaller packages are shipped by USPS Global Express method, which has been the most affordable option, but we also ship FedEx, DHL and UPS, though their rates are often higher than USPS, yet take about the same time to arrive to most places overseas.


Oversized items are also available for overseas shipping by air (4-7 business days to most places) and ocean freight (25-35 days to most places, packed on a pallet through partial container option).

Q: How can I pay if I'm located outside of the US?

A: Currently, we accept wire transfer as the primary form of payment for international customer orders, as it is the safest, most affordable and fastest way to process international orders to most countries worldwide.
However, we may also accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as PayPal, Amazonpay, Googlepay, depending on the country. Please contact us with details of your desired payment methods and location, and we will check on available payment options in your case.

We accept all of the above payment methods for both NEW and B-stock, used, demo and open box items.



Q: If you take lower offers on all your products, then why don't you just list them at the lower price to begin with?

A: All our prices are at MAP (Minimum Advertised Price mandated by manufacturer for sales within the USA). 

We cannot list our items on our site below MAP, however we can accept offers that are below the MAP price, for both US and international orders.


Q: Why do you have to list at MAP?

A: The reason we must list at MAP is because we are an Authorized Dealer, which means we buy factory direct and you get a warranty, a valid serial number, and a great return policy.



Q: How can I view the status of my order?

A: Go to your Account Information page. 
This page lists all your orders. 
Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
If you are having trouble finding this info, please contact us.



Q: When will I get my package(s)?

A:
-For US-based customers:
Orders made by 1pm ship the same day, after 1pm, the next business day. 

For basic ground shipping, it will take approximately 5 to 7 business days (excluding holidays) for your package to arrive, depending on your location.

Of course, we also offer expedited shipping, from 3-day, 2-day, as well as overnight.
Our website should give you an estimated price for all of the shipping options, based on its weight/size.
You can then select your desired shipping method. 

** Please note that our FREE SHIPPING offer is available only for ground shipping method**.
All of the packages we ship require an adult signature to prevent theft, and we can only ship to billing address, if paid by credit card.

- For international customers:

International orders are shipped as soon as the payment clears with our bank, and when shipped by USPS Global Express, take about 7-10 business days to most overseas locations (for smaller packages).

Oversized items are also available for overseas shipping by air (4-7 business days to most places) and ocean freight (25-35 days to most places), packed on a pallet and shipped via partial container option. 

However, destination country's custom processing time varies, and is not within our control, nor can we estimate their import duty fees.

Please consult your customs office for import fee estimates.

Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: Basic items/orders (smaller packages) over $100 ship FREE within continental US, but expedited shipping requires a shipping up charge.
You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.
However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

International shipping costs vary, for ex. Europe-bound smaller package sent by USPS Global Express (up to 20lb/10kg), usually costs anywhere between $30-50.
Large items (Euro-palette by ocean freight, between 150-300kg and up to 200cm in height, for ex), from Chicago to EU countries, will average between $300-450, and would take up to 30 days to EU countries.
The same size/weight palette sent by plane would cost at least twice as much, but would arrive within a week.
The only way to give you an exact international shipping cost is to contact us (preferably by email), list the items you plan on purchasing, desired time frame within which you'd like to receive your items and your location (country, city and postal code).
We will get back to you as soon as we receive a shipping quote by freight forwarder (if oversized) and/or USPS/FedEx (if smaller items).
Please note that insurance is optional, and not automatically added to any shipments we make!
